🏃♂️ HE DID IT! 🏃♂️ A huge congratulations to Mike Pearse, Headteacher at Ashmead Combined School and proud Ambassador for Emmett’s Genies, who has successfully completed the final challenge in his incredible quadruple fundraising challenge! Today, Mike conquered the gruelling 70-mile ultra marathon, The Wall, finishing in an astonishing 14 hours and 50 minutes. Over the past few months, Mike has completed: 🏅 A Half Marathon 🏅 A Virtual London Marathon around Aylesbury 🏅 A Half Ironman Triathlon 🏅 A 70-Mile Ultra Marathon An incredible achievement that has tested his endurance, determination and resilience every step of the way. And he has raised over £1,000 in the process!!! We are beyond grateful that Mike chose to take on these challenges in support of Emmett’s Genies. Every mile run and every pound raised will help us continue supporting critically and terminally ill children and their families when they need it most.
