On Tuesday Charity inspiration Emmett, ambassador Dan, little Ida, Trustees Amy & Dave and volunteer Kelly visited the Children’s Hospital at the Oxford John Radcliffe.
Thanks to your kind contributions and a generous donation from Carbon Underwriting, plus volunteers helping to put them together, 65 Emmett’s Genies Boredom Busting Activity Packs and VIP invites to our Year in a Day event were delivered to Kamran’s ward (paediatric oncology) & Robin’s ward to some amazing kids.
Visiting the wards brought back memories for us, it was lovely to see some familiar staff and meet some brave kids (including Spiderman!) and their wonderful parents.
It was great to receive several emails afterwards sharing how our visit and packs had achieved the goal of giving the kids a lift and boost. 
That gives us a total of 194 packs we have distributed across Bucks, Herts and Oxfordshire over the last 2 years. We have some more going out by post I the next few weeks too.
